The classes run in 8-week sessions; you can join at anytime.
Yoga Class Times — Evening
• Wed. 6:30 – 8 p.m. – Beginning-Continuing
• Thurs. 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. – Deeper
• Fri. 5:45 – 7 p.m. – Beginning-Continuing
Yoga Class Times — Daytime*
• Wed. 10 –11:30 a.m. – Beginning-Continuing

Class Fees
• $108 for 8-week classes, 1 class/week
• $192 for 8-week classes, 2 classes/week

Please arrive 10 minutes early to change into loose, comfortable clothes, turn off your cell phone and settle in for the opening Shavasana, or deep relaxation.
Private Instruction
In private sessions, beginning students learn the basic, foundational poses and breathing practice that are the starting point for a home practice. Students who have been taking classes for months or years can schedule private sessions to learn what poses are best suited to their needs as their home practice evolves. This is an excellent choice for those who prefer private lessons or who can’t come to regularly scheduled classes.
